The devil works hard, but apparently, Twin Temple works harder.

Texas country artist Charley Crockett made headlines by kicking the Satanic doo-wop duo off a couple of recent dates, but the pair have plenty of other shows lined up, including one this fall in San Antonio.

First, Jack White invited the husband-wife act to open for him in Los Angeles in September — a bill that makes far more sense than opening for y’allternative singer-songwriter Crockett. And the pair also revealed that they’re opening for former Misfits singer Glenn Danzig, including his Alamo City stop.

The Danzig concert is scheduled for Sept. 11 at Boeing Center at Tech Port. Is nothing sacred?

“San Antonio (aka Satan Antonio) on 9/11 is the most diabolical gig I’ve ever heard of .. you guys get the assignment,” commenter Gino Sanchez wrote on the Satanic songsters’ Facebook announcement.

Tickets are already on sale for Danzig’s San Antonio show, which was announced a while ago. They range from $74 to $129. Burning Witches and ANA are also on the bill.

So far, the tour includes dates in New Mexico, Texas, Tennessee, Montana, Oklahoma, Arizona and California, with more likely on the way, according to the duo.

“What cities need a ‘lil Satan?” the duo asked in the post announcing the road dates.
