As we enter a new year already rife with wildfires, terrorism and political unrest, it’s easy to feel a sense of dread or uncertainty. But one thing we know for sure is that it will have an awesome soundtrack.
San Antonio is lucky to have some great acts scheduled to pass through our town in 2025. OK, some are big and some are actually good. But we’re including all of them here, because it takes all kinds and we’re trying to be supportive.
We also have a vibrant local music scene, with acts like the Texases, Moon Tokki, Los Juanos, Elnuh, Powdered Wig Machine, Brian and the Barflies and other acts with upcoming shows — and that’s just the next few months.
These acts span the genres, from pop to post-punk, rap, alt-country and, yes, even nu-metal.
Let’s get into it.
