To celebrate “Las Américas,” and some of the classic compositions of North, Central and South American, the sixth annual Winter Music Festival is taking on a massive, San Antonio sized schedule. Made possible by the Valero Classic Series and Music Director Sebastian Lang-Lessing, the San Antonio Symphony will combine the repertoire of Americans George Gershwin, Duke Ellington and Aaron Copland with Mexican, Cuban and Argentinian-inspired compositions.
