A 1909 home with first-, second- and third-story verandas overlooking the East Side’s Dignowity Park and the downtown San Antonio skyline has hit the market for just under $2 million.
The four-bedroom, three-bath property features grandiose architectural details such as ornate columns supporting its wraparound front porch and an elegant staircase in its foyer. The hardwood floors and windows are all original, according an online property listing.
According to county records, the home is being sold by a local owner who purchased the property in 2014. As an indication of just how hot the east-of-downtown Dignowity Hill neighborhood has become, the home was listed for just under $500,000 prior to that transaction.
This house is represented by Greg A. Rubiola with South Texas Realty Services.
