The San Antonio Metropolitan Health District says 26 people are now under investigation for possible Zika virus infections.

An additional six people who were tested came back with negative results from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

There are still three confirmed cases in Bexar County, who all acquired the infection while traveling abroad.
