Former San Antonio Spur Alvin Robertson’s name was cleared late Monday, after a judge dismissed sex trafficking, sexual assault of a child and forcing sexual performance by a child charges, the San Antonio Express-News reports.

Robertson, who played for the Spurs from 1984 to 1989, was accused of kidnapping a 14-year-old San Antonio runaway and forcing the child to have sex with and dance for people at a Corpus Christi nightclub.

Robertson told the newspaper that since his arrest in 2010, the ordeal has been a nightmare and a long, trying experience, but he’s glad to have it behind him.
