A San Antonio police officer was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, department officials said Thursday.

Officer Raymond Ramos’ arrest occurred Thursday while he was off duty, and he’s since been place on administrative leave, according to SAPD. The department is now conducting both a criminal and an administrative investigation.

A four-year veteran of the force, Ramos is assigned to Patrol Division, SAPD officials also said.

Ramos is at least the sixth SAPD officer arrested this year, according to records released by the department.
