For those not wanting to brave downtown gridlock or cough up $60 for parking, VIA Metropolitan Transit is offering Park & Ride service ahead of Wednesday night’s Post Malone-Jelly Roll concert at the Alamodome.

Buses from the Crossroads Park & Ride, 151 Crossroads Blvd., will run for two hours before the show’s 6:30 p.m. start time. Return service will run for one hour after the concert ends.

VIA’s Park & Ride service costs $2.60 round trip. However, a discount fare of $1.30 applies to children between 5 and 13 and seniors over 62. The discount also applies to students and Medicare recipients. Children under 4 years old ride free.

Passengers can purchase their VIA tickets ahead of time on the VIA goMobile+ app or in person before boarding the bus.

Meanwhile, tickets to see 18-time Grammy-nominated Post Malone at the dome are still available, and start at $50 on Ticketmaster. Jelly Roll and Sierra Ferrell round out the bill.

The Alamodome encourages concertgoers to check venue guidelines before heading to the show.
