Swanky new lounge Amelia opening at San Antonio’s Creamery complex next week

The spot is the third of five concepts to develop in the space, which occupies a former Borden Creamery near the Pearl.

Hook Land & Sea will celebrate its grand opening with a week’s worth of freebies and discounts, according to officials at The Creamery.

The coffee spot is the first of five concepts slated for The Creamery development, which occupies a former Borden milk warehouse.

Only 1 Hospitality Group, owner of seafood restaurant Costa Pacifica, is developing all five concepts.

The project would add to the flurry of housing developments underway in Tobin Hill, making it the hottest submarket in central San Antonio.

The inaugural food- and drink-focused tenants include a seafood restaurant, a rooftop lounge and a ‘1980s speakeasy.’
