Fast-casual chain Salad and Go expanding to northern San Antonio suburb

The new store will be the chain’s fourth in the Alamo City. Its first opened earlier this month at Brooks.

The store, at the South Side’s Brooks complex, is the first of three planned for the Alamo City in 2024.

At least 20 new Lone Star State locations are now in the works for the company.
