For those of us who prefer goosebumps to gobstoppers, Nowhere Bookshop is presenting the Spooky Book Fair this weekend, an all-ages event that features juvenile, young-adult and adult fiction — namely horror and dark fantasy.
In this twist on the classic grade-school book fair, which runs Friday through Sunday, the young ones can enjoy an age-appropriate experience in the store’s Community Room. Meanwhile, adults can meander the main space, checking out new, genre-specific literary offerings while sipping grown-up beverages.
Consider it a Spooky Season highlight for book geeks of all ages.
