If you’re a fan of Pearl Food Hall resident Bud’s Southern Rotisserie’s comfort food-inspired fare, prepare to have your bubble burst.

The concept, known for rotisserie chicken and tasty jambalaya, will hold its last day of service Sunday, May 2.

Fans of Bud’s can still celebrate chef Pieter and his wife Susan Sypesteyn’s culinary talents at nearby Nola Brunch & Beignets and newish Cambodian eatery Golden Wat Noodle House.

According to a release, Pearl will announce a new concept joining the food hall soon.
