
Los Angeles-based Jinya Ramen Bar will open its second San Antonio location on Tuesday, Dec. 17, according to officials with the Japanese-style noodle chain.
The new store is located on San Antonio’s far West Side at 7010 W. Loop 1604 North, Suite 203. The first 100 guests in line at 11 a.m. opening day will receive a free bowl of ramen, officials also said.
Known for affordable, authentic Japanese dishes, Jinya was founded in Japan and now operates more than 60 locations across the U.S. and Canada. The new Alamo City restaurant brings its number of Texas stores to 16.
In addition to hearty bowls of ramen available with a variety of proteins, the chain’s menu also includes rice and curry bowls, gyoza and vegan options.
The new Jinya will be open 11 a.m.-10 p.m. seven days a week.
