Folks who’d rather not battle traffic at the Loop 1604-U.S. Highway 281 interchange to get a good burger may delight in the news that Wayback Burgers has opened a second Alamo City location.

The Connecticut-based chain — which offers burgers, hot dogs, hand-dipped milkshakes and breakfast — on Friday announced the opening of a new Universal City restaurant via Facebook. It’s located at 3142 Pat Booker Road.

The original San Antonio Wayback location is at 1723 North Loop 410 East, and a third is in the works at 11707 Bandera Road, according to the chain’s website.
