Former Smiths frontman Morrissey has announced a new North American tour after cancelling the remaining dates of his aborted North American trek this spring due to what he called a severe sinusitis attack.
The singer’s rescheduled San Antonio date, originally scheduled for Thursday, May 8, will now (allegedly) occur Saturday, Jan. 10, at Boeing Center at Tech Port.Tickets are already sold out.

The Alamo City is the only Texas stop on the tour, which kicks off Sept. 10 in Montreal … allegedly. Oddly, the super-sensitive Morrissey will be joined by Americana-loving punk rowdies Social Distortion for the Oct. 25 Los Angeles date.

Tickets to the canceled, full-capacity San Antonio show are being honored for the Jan. 10 performance, which explains why it’s already sold out. However, premium seats are still available, according to the Boeing Center website.

Understandably, some concertgoers are more than a little skeptical whether Morrissey will actually show. May’s postponement was the fourth time in a row he’s stood up San Antonio, including three cancellations in the span of six months in 2017. He also has a track record of cancelling a substantial percentage of his dates on every tour.

So, tell us, do you feel lucky? Well, do ya, punk?
