Latin-pop superstar Shakira’s Friday night performance at the Alamodome has been postponed due to what the 64,000-seat venue called “stage structural issues.”

“Unfortunately, Shakira’s performance tonight has been postponed due to stage structural issues,” the venue said in a social media statement issued around the concert’s 7:30 p.m. start time. “All previously purchased tickets will be honored for the new date once announced. More information will be emailed to ticketholders directly when available. We apologize for the inconvenience.”

The Colombian singer‘s San Antonio show was originally booked last November at the Frost Bank Center. However, her team relocated the concert to the Alamodome to accommodate high ticket demands from fans.

Some Shakira fans expressed online outrage Friday over being forced to pay steep Alamodome parking prices before learning of the cancellation. However, a spokesperson for the venue told KSAT that anyone who paid $60 for parking through ParkHub will be reimbursed via the credit card they used.

Those who aren’t automatically reimbursed should contact the Alamodome, the spokesperson added.
