Ashley Pardo, the San Antonio mother accused of supplying her son with ammunition and tactical gear as he allegedly planned a mass shooting at Jerimiah Rhodes Elementary School, is under full-time house arrest with a GPS monitor as part of her bond deal, the Express-News reports.

Pardo posted a $75,000 bond Thursday. She’s charged with commission of terrorism.

As part of Pardo’s bond deal, the judge also barred her from having contact with her 13-year-old child, who’s still being held at the Bexar County Juvenile Detention Facility on a terrorism charge, the daily reports. Pardo is also prohibited from possessing firearms and incendiary devices.

Further, the court ordered Pardo be tested weekly for drugs and alcohol, according to the Express-News.

Police arrested Pardo’s son May 12 after receiving a tip from the boy’s grandmother, with whom he sometimes stayed, that she had found a loaded rifle along with pistol magazines in her home. The grandmother also told authorities she found an improvised explosive device with white nationalist slogans written on it, according to an arrest affidavit.

The boy had shown prior interest in mass shootings and was found making violent drawings during class time, details in the affidavit indicate.

When asked by investigators, the boy said his mother bought him tactical gear, ammunition and magazines in exchange for watching his younger siblings, according to authorities.

Pardo is the first person to be charged with terrorism in Bexar County, SAPD Chief Bill McManus told reporters last week.
