Mambo Seafood sets Aug. 14 grand opening date for first San Antonio location

Mambo Seafood’s first Alamo City location will open in a defunct Joe’s Crab Shack near the Medical Center.

Construction on the new eatery is scheduled to begin in July and finish in November.

The chain, which specializes in Latin American seafood, has grown to 11 Houston-area stores.
