Stixs & Stone’s Leo Davila jumps to job as top chef at San Antonio’s St. Anthony Hotel

His appointment follows the closure of seafood restaurant Rebelle and cocktail lounge Haunt, two of the hotel’s food and drink concepts.

The new San Antonio dining concept will debut sometime around June.

The Northwest San Antonio spot led by chef Leo Davila earned accolades for mixing Asian and Tex-Mex flavors.

The ‘chef-driven’ menu includes runs the gamut from wok-fried pork belly to a churro bread pudding.
