In this week’s most-read food news, San Antonio’s award-winning Papa’s Burgers was hit with a cease-and-desist letter from Houston’s Pappas Restaurants, the owner of the Pappadeux, Pappasito’s and Pappas Burger chains. The food empire is demanding that tiny Papa’s Burgers give up the name and logo it’s used since 2013.
