
San Antonio has seen its share of chefs on the big screen recently, and we’re set to add another to our network TV hall of fame.
Chef Jesse Kuykendall — known as Chef Kirk to colleagues and friends — will represent SA on Food Network’s Chopped later this month.
The chef of newly-opened Milpa and longtime downtown eatery Ocho at Hotel Havana will compete against three other pro cooks as they turn baskets of mystery ingredients into a three-course meal for the chance to win $10,000.
The new episode will air on Food Network on Tuesday, May 25 at 8 p.m. CST.
