Sadie
"Hello! I am the curious Sadie! I like to check out everything going on around me. I am gentle older lady and have excellent leash walking manners. I like to relax most of the day but just because I’m a senior doesn’t mean that I don’t know how to have fun! I love playtime and being outdoors. I like to play with toys and I really enjoy splashing around in the kiddie pool! All I want is to be around people and I would especially love to be around you. Please visit me so that I can show you how wonderful I am!"
Pogo
"Hi there! Bet you can't guess why my name is Pogo? Well I'll tell ya! When I get super excited or happy, I pull out my invisible pogo stick and hop, hop, hop! I just love life and I'm not afraid to show it. If you're in the market for a best fur-friend that will put a smile on your face on the daily."
Onya
"Hello! I’m the beautiful Onya! If you’re looking for a mini black panther to inhabit your home, then I will be purrfect! I’m still rather new around here so I’m getting to know the place, although, I would much rather get to know your place. How about we meet and discuss this possibility?"
Jenga
"I’m a happy-go-lucky girl who wants to meet you! I love to give love and am a huge fans of treats. I walk pretty well on a leash, so why don’t you take me out and see my skills!"
Kassie
"Hello, I am Kassie! A typical day for me is lounging around relaxing. I have a strong preference for a home without other cats. I’m the type of girl who prefers to have cat beds to myself. Even though having cat friend just isn’t my thing, I still wouldn’t mind living with people. As long as they spoil me and love me forever, then I’ll be happy!"
Josie
"Well how do you do, I am Josie, and let me start off by saying that if you got a treat I’ll take a sit just for the said treat. Now, I got to say, I do love attention and running around outside to explore! When we meet, if you take me out to the doggie park and start handing me treats well let’s say you and I will be a match!”
Summer
"Hi, there, I’m Summer! I can be affectionate when I want to be. I’m still fairly new here, so I just need time to adjust and finally show my true, loving, personality! Come by and meet me today!"
Ireland
"Aren’t I adorable? I have a personality that matches. I love people and dogs, so much that sometimes I get excited and jump. But hey, you would too if you had as much love inside as I do! You might notice my back legs are a little odd. That’s caused by my CCL, the dog equivalent of your ACL. The folks here can tell you about it and how to fix it. Does it stop me from being my happy, frisky self? Woof, no! Nothing slows down Ireland. Take me home and I will add great joy to your life."

Olive
"Hi, I’m Olive! Can you believe I’ve been at ADL for over a year? Crazy, right! I know my person is out there somewhere! Please tell me it could possibly be you! A little about me…I can be a bit shy around new people and places so I may need some time to adjust to my new home. Please don’t let that worry you because before you know it, I am as playful as can be! I love running, exploring, and enjoying my time outdoors. You might catch me rolling around in the grass with a squeaky toy in my mouth because I LOVE to play with toys! I also enjoy a good game of fetch and have impressive skills at catching tennis balls in midair. I’m very treat motivated! I’ll sit for treats and happily stare at you with puppy dog eyes as I wait for the treat. I would fit in best in a home with older considerate children and although I’d prefer to be the only furbaby, I might consider a dog-sibling too. So if you have any potential dog-siblings for me, then let’s set up a meet-and-greet! Overall, I’m a friendly and playful gal who just needs a special person who’ll love me no matter what. I may have a very serious expression when you see me at ADL but there is a silly side to me that you must see! Please give me a chance to show you how fun I can be!"
Glameow
"Being new in the Cattery is not easy. My life has been a little rough until now so I learning to trust again. I need someone with lots of love and patience and I am sure I will blossom into a very loving cat. Are you that someone?"
Zara
"I’m a nice girl and like most hounds, I’m an explorer who loves to go for walks. I will curiously check out the whole area while I’m out for a walk. I’m very people-friendly and will make a great companion to my forever person. I’d prefer to be the only dog in my future home so that I can have all the attention on me and shower you with kisses! Let’s hang out so that we can get to know each other better and possibly become best friends!"
Sabrina
"Hi, I’m Sabrina! I’m a sweet and friendly girl with a fluffy tail. I enjoy pets on the head and am looking for a loving home where I can relax. I would love to be your new kitty friend! Come by and meet me so that we can get to know each other."
Dave
"Dave is the name and sit for the treat is the game. The rules are simple, you show me a treat and if I sit down then you hand me over a treat! I love the game, there’s nothing better! Hopefully, you and I can play this game and we become best pals! Better yet we become a forever family and I can have a forever home. That will be the best!"
Draco Meowfoy
"I’m not a misunderstood bad boy. I’m just a shy boy who is slowly gaining confidence in my surroundings. I’m a talker so I’ll let you know when I’m up to be petted or if it is “me time” and it’s best if I’m left alone. Come visit me today so you can see that I am no bad guy."
Charlie
"Hi, I’m Charlie! I’m pretty right? I’m pretty on the inside too but you’ll need to give me some time to show you. I have to admit…I do better with the ladies than men, and older kiddos would be best for me. Someone spent a lot of time teaching me tricks during the time I had spent time in a home…adjusting to life in the shelter has made me a bit nervous. Come by and meet me and let’s see how things go!"
