Join us and reveal your inner hero! For the first time ever, the Heart & Stroke will feature a timed 5k race. Runners will receive a race bibs, time chips, and more. Awards will be given to top runners in each category. Timed race is $25.00 and Non- Competitive walk/run is FREE
Gates open 7:30am
5K race begins 8:00am
