South Texas may not get very much "fall weather," but we still can have plenty of fall fun. To that end, we rounded up pumpkin patches and corn mazes in San Antonio and the Hill Country that are perfect places to enjoy autumn — whether you road trip it to a farm for a big day of activities or just swing by a pumpkin patch for some gourds to liven up your seasonal home decor.

This pumpkin patch on a farm in Floresville comes with an extra bonus: alpacas! Black Barn Alpacas will host a pumpkin patch and Fall Festival throughout the month of October. Starting Oct. 1, visitors can enjoy the pumpkin patch from 10 a.m.-7 p.m. on Tuesday-Thursday,  or come on the weekend for the Fall Festival, which has plenty of family friendly activities in addition to the patch. Fall Festival admission is $10, and hours are 10 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday, noon-10 p.m. Saturday and noon-5 p.m. Sunday.
