A Mid-Century Modern home in Terrell Hills once owned by a family member of Southwest Airlines founder Herb Kelleher is back on the market with $300,000 slashed from its asking price.

Listed last fall for $2.8 million, the stylish dwelling was re-listed a little more than a week ago with the considerably lower tag.

The late Texas business icon's son, David N. Kelleher, owned the stylish 6,800-square-foot home from 1999 through the early 2000s, according to Bexar County property records. Its current owners purchased the property in 2002.
