Bubble Puppy & Los #3 Dinners
Get ready to go old-school as Bubble Puppy returns to play a gig with Los #3 Dinners. A San Anto original formed in 1966 by Rod Prince and Roy Cox, the group only lasted a few years but got a psychedelic tune in the top 20s with “Hot Smoke & Sassafras.” The other band on the bill, Los #3 Dinners, is another local crew that formed in the late '70s, starting as an anti-disco act that incorporated elements of punk and rock. So whip out the old denim jackets and cans of Billy beer.
