PGA Champion Jimmy Walker is selling this Boerne estate for $3 million

It probably should come as little surprise that if a top professional golfer is selling a house, it's going to have a putting green onsite.

PGA Champion Jimmy Walker, a graduate of New Braunfels' Canyon High School, has placed his home in Boerne's Cordillera Ranch development for sale for $2.99 million, and in addition to that putting green, it's also got a private cart path to The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch course.

Beyond the obvious golf amenities, the four-bedroom, four-bath, two-half bath home has got a high-ceilinged living area with reclaimed wooden posts and beams, a a massive top-of-the-line kitchen and a wine cellar.

The pro golfer's 5,443-square-foot estate sits on nine acres.
