San Antonio's most expensive home for sale is this $7 million, 13,000-square-foot mansion

A 13,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style villa in Terrell Hills hit the market last week for just shy of $7 million, making it the priciest home listed for sale in the Alamo City. 

The opulent two-story residence, built in 2009, includes sweeping archways, a vaulted dining-room ceiling and intricate moldings. High ceilings and interior brickwork add to the feel that it's been transported to South Texas from some exotic European locale.

In addition to the four-bedroom, five-and-a-half bath main house, the mansion includes a swimming pool complete with a covered patio that includes an outdoor kitchen. A four-car garage and a separate guest house are also part of the property.
