Gary Dudley, president of San Antonio-based financial services firm SWBC, is selling his mansion in the Dominion for nearly $3.8 million, according to county records and an online sales listing.
Dudley, a 2013 inductee into the Texas Business Hall of Fame, and his wife Margaret have owned the 8,600-square-foot home since 2014, records show. The Mediterranean-style property includes seven bedrooms and six and a half baths along with a "resort-style pool surrounded by enduring native hardscapes and verdant landscapes," according to its listing.
Beyond the pool and copious square footage, the residence includes lavish details such as a spiral staircase, multiple interior pillars and a coffered living room ceiling. The property also boasts a guest house, a four-car garage and an unusual water feature with a pair of metal flamingo statues as the focal point.
