This cute 1930s property near San Antonio's Woodlawn Lake looks like a gingerbread house

No, it's not brown, crispy and edible. Nor is the roof slathered with white icing.

But this adorable 1930s home three blocks from Woodlawn Lake is definitely giving off gingerbread house vibes. Maybe the holiday season has got us in that mindset, but you've got to admit, it's a gorgeous look.

The two-story property — on the market for $289,900 — has three bedrooms and two full baths, along with an expansive covered side porch and newly added backyard deck.

The restored interior features the high ceilings, crown molding and hardwood floors expected in a nearly century-old house. But, for our money, the coolest interior touch might be the old-school glass-fronted book cases that adorn the living area and one bedroom.

This home is listed by Kathy Hoermann with Kuper Sotheby's International Realty.
