The Annual Lighting of the Square marks the official start of Georgetown’s holiday season. Join Georgetown Mayor Dale Ross and Santa as they count down to flip on more than holiday lights. In addition to singing along with the Austin Carolers, visitors can get ahead on their holiday shopping as all downtown shops will be open until 8 p.m. The holiday lights will shine nightly through December 31st.
