Friday, November 22: The McNay hosts a College Night mixer and costume party to pair with its exhibition “Cut! Costume and Cinema.” Guests are encouraged to dress as characters from Pirates of the Caribbean, The Phantom of the Opera or Sherlock Holmes. Saturday, November 23: Leon Bar will host a night of metal for charity. Saturday, November 23: Explore the cuisine of Turkey through these women-only classes at the Raindrop Turkish House, which aims to promote the understanding of diverse cultures through its unique services. Monday, November 25: The Monday Night Guest Chef Series is really catching on at Feast. For this month’s installment, chef Stefan Bowers welcomes former Beat Street Coffee & Bistro chef Jeff Wiley for the third dinner in the series. The six-course dinner will feature Wiley’s take on piquillo peppers, pork belly, tuna carpaccio, sweet breads, rabbit and cake and ice cream.
