Meadow Neighborhood Eatery will hold an Oktoberfest event on October 21.
Chef-owner PJ Edwards of San Antonio's Meadow Neighborhood Eatery will give his seasonal, Southern-inspired fare a German twist at an Oktoberfest event he's staging next month.

The party will take place Thursday, October 21 at the Alley on Bitters, where where Meadow is located. Beyond the expected food and drink, the celebration will include a beer stein-holding competition, a costume contest and a beer and chocolate tasting at neighboring Alley tenant Casa Chocolates.

Tickets for the event, which will run 5:30-8:30 p.m., are $60 and include all the festivities, food and beverages.
