Project H.O.T. and the San Antonio Aids Foundation are both hosting events for National HIV Testing Day on Saturday, June 27.

Starting on Friday, June 26, Project H.O.T. is setting up shop at Male B Wear (1700 N. Main Ave., 210-437-2990, malebwear.com) to conduct minute rapid HIV tests for free. And for just getting tested you’ll be able to get 25 percent off your purchase designer undies as well as opportunities to win prizes just for showing up. Prizes include Alamo Drafthouse tickets and gift cards. They’ll be there on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7pm.

Meanwhile the San Antonio Aids Foundation will host a totally gnarly Get Wet Pool Party from 4 to 8 p.m. at 421 Howard St. in the Tobin Hill neighborhood with an amalgam of good things like music, food and drinks. But in order to get in you’ll have to be tested. In case you don’t wanna get wet, you can head on down to the Friendly Spot earlier in the day from 1-5pm to get tested.

Best of all if you’re too booked on Saturday or can’t make it to any of these events, aids.gov has created two apps to help in finding the answer, for iOS and for Android
