Another quality round of road signs are gracing Texas highways this Mother’s Day weekend, prompting drivers to remember Bobby Boucher and his "foosball" hating mama.

In an effort to encourage safe driving across Texas, TxDOT displays clever messages on its road signs in honor of the holidays. Many of the messages, such as “Gobble Gobble, Go Easy on the Throttle” were being referred to as Dad jokes – this weekend, it’s all about Mama.

The signs have been generating buzz across social media, garnering praise for their humor and fresh approach to safe driving awareness. Just last weekend, the signs celebrated Star Wars day on May 4 with messages such as "I Find Your Lack of a Seatbelt Disturbing" and "May the 4th Be With You. Text I Will Not."

Whether you're hauling it trying to find a last minute gift, or your mom has been texting you because approximately five minutes have passed since she's been expecting you to get home, stay safe and remember one thing: Mama said bad driving is the devil.
