Creating a Texas Wildscape Garden

Native plants with special features can create a beautiful landscape that produces a haven for interesting birds and butterflies. Learn how to create a design on paper, what features to incorporate, as well as some common drought-hardy plants to include—you’ll be amazed at what you can create! Presented by Judit Green, Urban Wildlife Biologist with Texas Parks and Wildlife for over 20 years. She conducts outreach and offers technical guidance on natural resource projects that benefit wildlife, landscapes and water. Judit is also a contributing author and photographer to the book, Texas Wildscapes: Gardening for Wildlife. RSVP required.
