The 'WE' in Family Wellness: Conversations and Mental Health Resources for Today's Parents and Caregivers

The University of the Incarnate Word is empowering parents to talk about the hard stuff. Join them in learning about the signs, stages and resources for common mental and behavioral health issues, and how they relate to the entire family unit. The event will begin with a Keynote Conversation featuring Jeff Arndt, CEO of VIA, and Erika Prosper, First Lady of San Antonio. The second half of the event will give caregivers the opportunity to meet in smaller groups with the seven agencies participating, and discuss specific topics that relate back to "The 'WE' in Family Wellness." Light snacks will be provided.
