Ever wonder how Jason Bourne or James Bond are always able to use structures and obstacles around them to eloquently move on the run? You, too, can learn to maneuver over, through, and across obstacles in an urban environment. Through specialized and choreographed training in a garden environment, this introductory program will teach the basics of core strength conditioning for coordination and agility, as well as the basic techniques in urban movement, free-running, and parkour. Led by local MBS Fitness Trainer Cameron Croley, the class is designed to be individually challenging and fun.
