Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa will host a special Valentine’s Day meal at its signature Antlers Lodge restaurant. The meal will feature a la carte selections including starter options of boomamoto oysters, tandoori-spiced chicken lollypops with citrus chutney, and a roasted beet salad with champagne vinaigrette. Entrée options will include a brown butter-poached cod with lemon-infused quinoa, a lobster and crab ravioli with a shellfish bisque, a pistachio crusted lamb rack with tomato fennel risotto, beer-battered and fried eggplant with roasted cauliflower, and a Berkshire pork osso buco with potato puree. The restaurant also features several steak selections.
