Here's a look inside the second Mildfire location found in the Medical Center.
Can we call
Mildfire Coffee Roasters the OG of coffee roasting in SA? Don't mind if we do. The original location at 15502 Huebner Road will celebrate it's 10th anniversary on August 5 with half-off menu drinks at both locations.
The shop, along with its relatively new sister location at 8434 Fredericksburg Road, are owned by Mark and Tricia Sobhani. They opened the original location in 2005 serving their own fresh-roasted beans and a full line of espresso drinks. Ten years later, the coffee lover's boom has helped them grow.
Expect more events, discounts on merchandise and their annual Anniversary Potluck Luncheon in the coming weeks.
