Iconic Singer-Songwriter Duo Indigo Girls Play San Antonio in 2019

Twenty years after they began releasing records as the Indigo Girls, Amy Ray and Emily Saliers have politely declined the opportunity to slow down with age.

With a legacy of releases and countless U.S. and international tours behind them, the Indigo Girls make their way to San Antonio to perform at the The Tobin Center on Sunday, April 14, 2019.

While the duo sort of were swept up in that '90s female singer-songwriter wave, the Indigo Girls wrote arguably some of the best songs of the '80s and '90s; and I mean, when one of your records sits at platinum status, it’s sort of hard to argue with that.

Also, fun fact: R.E.M.'s Michael Stipe sang on one of 1989's Indigo Girls "Kid Fears," back in the day. P cool.

Tickets ($29.50, $44.50, and $59.50) go on sale to the public Friday, November 16th at 10am and can be purchased online tobincenter.org, via phone (210) 223-8624 and in person at the Tobin Center’s Box Office (100 Auditorium Circle). Box Office hours are Monday-Friday 10a-6p and Saturday, 10a-2p.
