SAY Sí Celebrates All-things Local during Annual 'Small Scale: Big Change' Fundraiser
SAY Sí | Facebook
SAY Sí continues an annual tradition this March with "Small Scale: Big Change," an exhibition and month-long silent auction featuring regional and local artists to support the organization's tuition-free youth-development programs.

Showcasing more than 200 pieces of donated work, the "Small Scale: Big Change" exhibition is true to its name as this is SAY Sí’s largest money-raising campaign, according to the organization.

Local artists include Brad Braune, Meredith Dean, Rolando Garza, Pat Gavin, Mark Hogensen, Jayne Lawrence, Louis Vega Trevino and Dennis Smith. For a full artist list, visit SAY Sí online.

The exhibit and silent auction opens Thursday, March 3. Bidding begins right away, and this year, bidding has moved to a text-based system, so make sure to charge the cellphone. SAY Sí says patrons can bid at bidr.co/events/smallscale2016!***.

The month-long exhibition and auction closes out on March 25 with a cultural bash featuring chefs and mixologists, with a specialty cuisine and cocktail menu featuring one item from Aldaco's Mexican Cuisine, Barbaro, Bohanan's Prime Steaks and Seafood, Hot Joy, La Gloria, La Tuna, Liberty Bar, Oh Yeah Cakes and Viva Vegeria!. Local DJs will perform throughout the evening.
