Configuration (7-7:40pm) by Jordan Fuchs and Melissa Sanderson is a performance installation for two dancers, a meditative partnering dance of spatial configurations for an audience that is free to come and go as it likes. Configuration occurs at the closing reception for Equilibrium, a photography exhibit by Rebecca Dietz. The images document intervals of fluidity and stasis through still and time-lapsed exposures of the dance performance. Jordan Fuchs (Professor of Dance, Texas Woman’s University. Director, Jordan Fuchs Company), Melissa Sanderson (Associate Professor of Dance, Austin Community College), Rebecca Dietz (Professor of Art, San Antonio College)
