“Passing Through” - An Exhibition by Lané Pittard and Patrick Farris

Passing Through is a collection of photographic work from artists Lané Pittard and Patrick Farris. Developed in partnership, this series of images explores themes of place and memory. Capturing the alertness and depth of the common darkroom “contact print,” all images are printed small and encourage intimacy between the viewer and the photograph. Like doorways, each silver gelatin print is an opportunity for passing through, into something filled with both wonder and familiarity; large enough to reveal themselves, but small enough to remain a mystery.
