Chef Johnny Hernandez is hosting the fifth annual Corona Paella Challenge on Sunday, March 9 at 11 a.m. to 4 p.m at The Pearl (220 E Grayson).
Chefs and high school teams will compete to create the most impressive paella dish. The event will host chefs from San Antonio, Mexico and all over the United States with wines from Spain, sangria and live entertainment.
General admission for patron 21 years of age and older is $50 and admission under 21 is $25. Proceeds will benefit the Culinary Institute of America of San Antonio. Get your tickets here.
