Puns are my favorite. The Simpsons (at least seasons 2-7) was a formative TV show for most cool 20-somethings. Crossroads Kitchen (517 E. Woodlawn Ave.) is tying all of this together by hosting a spooktastic pop-up this Halloween. Get ready for Halloweed Night! Bootleg Simpsons Pop-up from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m.
The menu for All Hallows Eve will include "Crusty Burgers," "Three Eyed Fish Sandwiches," "Tommaco Grilled Cheese," and "maybe even a Flaming Moe or two."
The Cutthroats will be playing a Misfits' cover set at midnight, and you can summon spirits from the bar's Ouija board.
