Donuts are so hot right now. Days before Bakery Lorraine announced the upcoming opening of Maybelle's, their donut shop inside the Pearl, Estate Coffee Co. finally announced daily donuts options.
Made by owner Brian LaBarbera, the old school donuts are available 'til noon (or until they sell out). Flavors vary by day — honey lavender on Mondays, strawberry on Tuesdays, lemon coconut on Wednesdays, blueberry on Thursdays and maple bacon on Friday. Weekends are reserved for vanilla and salted caramel. But flavors are known to change on a whim so don't get attached.
Donuts have been a part of Estate's offerings for several months now, though the coffee shop used other purveyors instead of making them in-house.
