Eilan is getting a permanent tenant: Piatti Restaurant (17101 La Cantera Parkway, Bldg. 7) will join the mixed-use "premier living community" October 22.
The restaurant, which already occupies a spot at The Quarry, will seat approximately 204 guests with 36 being dedicated to the private dining room; 17 seats at the bar and 64 devoted to the outdoor patio. The eatery joins Sustenio as one of the few restaurants in the mixed-use development. Executive chef Armando Diaz will open the restaurant which will feature a maple butcher block communal table for 12, unique barrel-to-table wine program and, in sticking with Piatti's concept, Italian-inspired cuisine.
