Potbelly Sandwich Shop has opened its first location (17711 IH 10 West., Ste 107) at The Rim last week. Their menu offers a variety of sandwiches, soups and salads. For the sandwiches, you're able pick your type of bread, what size and what you'd like inside those toasty buns. Everyday of the week, features a different list of soups and the salads are always fresh and made to order. They are also known for their hand-dipped ice cream shakes and malts.
The shop is open Monday-Friday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. everyday of the week. A delivery service is also available Monday-Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. with minimum orders of $25.
