This week’s shot is inspired by the Winter Olympics in Sochi. Going into the games Americans were expected to finish the first week heavy in the medal department. Unfortunately, America has finished the first week in need of plenty of comfort.
So, for all those athletes representing us at the 2014 Winter Olympics, we salute you with Golden Comfort. Cheers to your health! Or, as the Russians say, “Za vashee zda-ró-vye!”
Golden Comfort
1 ounce Southern Comfort
1 ounce Goldschlager
1 ounce Jagermeister
Shake SoCo vigorously with ice. Mix with Goldschlager and layer with Jagermeister.
